उत्तराखंड में बुधवार को करीब दो दर्जन हेलीकॉप्टर बचाव कार्य में लगे थे। केंद्रीय सचिव आरके सिंह ने बताया कि इन हेलीकॉप्टरों से खाना, दवाइयां और कंबल लोगों तक पहुंचाए जा रहे हैं।
