On 12th dark day of Phalguna, Wagur (an earthen pot or steel pot now) is brought to the house.A pot filled with Water and decorated with flowers is called Wagur.Food is placed into it and is placed on a small circular asana made of grass. It represents Lord Shiva's messenger, who went to Himalya King Himvat's house, with proposal for his daughter, Parvati's marriage with Lord Shiva".
