The jammu and Kashmir government disobeys judgment of high court by saying that this judgment has been delivered by Hindus Judge , hence this judgment is not mandatory for us , and they disobeyed the judgment ..Now contempt of court has bee filled, but government is giving false statements in the court and is threatening the poor parents to with draw the case. In this connection chief minister of the state was contacted and requested to do needful but he too is not showing any interest and is refusing to help the poor family on communal grounds .Various Hindu organizations has threatened to language agitation if not heard .
