JAMMU AND KASHMIR GOVERNMENT DISOBEYS HIGH COURT JUDGMENT
The Jammu and Kashmir High court , Jammu ordered J & K government to release all medical expenses in favor of Ashok Koul for treatment of his son Vipul Koul who is employed with the Director, Stores Procurement, Department, Jammu vied Judgment No 365/2010 dated 25.5.2011.The High court directed the state government state to seek opinion of any medical expert authorized under rules with in 20 days time period or to release all the amount on the life consuming disease certificate issued by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences , New Delhi, but the govt. refused to entertain these certificates by saying that these certificates are not menditiaory for them .So the Govt. send the case to the Medical Board of Government Medical College Jammu on 1.6.2011 .The medical board of Govt.Medical College, Jammu send the report to government vied No GMC/MBC-309/2556 dated 20.7.2011 clearly mentioning that patient is suffering from many life consuming diseases. The court had given further time of 20 days to settle the entire case, but instead of settling the case Finance Department, J & K said that case does not fall under rules and closed the topic..
A comlaint was filled with the chief ministers grievances redress-cal cell vied no 24046 , but they send the case to the chief ministers relief fund committee which is meant for for non governmental employees and for other purposes , this clearly shows that officials are deliberately doing so or are illiterate .When the government is violating the orders , rules themselves what they can expect from other people.
This is a glaring example of the callousness and indifferent attitude of the sate authorities towards the Hindu employees and amount to disobedience of honorable high court .
Now the Honorable high court has summoned the government to appear in court on 20.9.2011 but the government has refused to attend the court and are issuing threats to the poor parents
The poor parents has asked the government that ,"have we bring orders from any militant leader or from APEX COURT OF PAKISTAN"?
